When can I move in?
Hostel rooms open one week before each academic year begins. Mid-year move-ins are possible subject to availability — call the management to check.
Do you accept students from outside the three universities?
Our hostel is open to students enrolled at any recognised university or institute in Jamshoro — MUET, University of Sindh, LUMHS and others. The guesthouse is open to anyone.
Can I take a room without the mess?
Yes — room-only accommodation is available for both the hostel and guesthouse. Students or guests who do not wish to use the mess can opt for room-only. Just mention your preference when applying and we will arrange accordingly.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Rent covers your room, utilities (electricity, water, WiFi), three meals a day and all common amenities. The only one-time cost is a refundable security deposit — confirmed when you apply.
Are visitors allowed?
Family visits are welcome in the common room until 9 PM. For overnight stays, please book a room in the guesthouse next door.
Is there a refund policy?
For the hostel, a three-month security deposit is collected at the time of admission. It is fully refundable when the student leaves, provided the room is in good condition. Unused mess days are not refundable.
How is the guesthouse priced?
Guesthouse rates are charged on a per-day basis. Contact us for current rates and availability before your visit.
